USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For baking, simply replace 10-20% of the required standard flour for cricket flour. Works great in breads, pizza bases, cookies, and most recipes. Also, perfect to use in smoothies and protein shakes.

May contain traces of milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts. May effect those with allergies to crustaceans.
